My Twenties: Where I Found Myself… and Got Lost Many Times

To be honest, my twenties weren’t just a roller coaster of feelings—they were filled with anxiety, self-doubt, and moments where it felt like everyone else was moving forward while I stood still. Even when everything looked fine on the outside, I often struggled to breathe on the inside. Social media doesn’t show the whole story. Thankfully, I started talking about mental health—first with myself, and then with those around me. Saying “I’m not okay” became an act of bravery that opened space for feeling, healing, and growth.
I grew professionally—and with heart
While caring for my mental health, I also reached milestones I’m proud of. As a digital marketing specialist, I increased brand visibility, designed impactful ad campaigns, and generated high-quality leads across various industries. I helped brands connect genuinely with their audiences through copywriting, content creation, and strategic paid media. But beyond the numbers, I learned to celebrate the little things—like birthdays spent in the backyard with my family, laughing during a water splash “shower” instead of fancy plans. No filters, no pressure, just love. That simplicity kept me grounded. My professional growth became even more meaningful because I was also learning to rest, to listen to myself, and to heal.
This decade doesn’t come with a manual—and that’s okay
Your twenties are a beautiful kind of chaos. If you’re feeling lost, know you’re not alone. It’s okay to cry, pause, or pivot. I’ve learned that you don’t need to have everything figured out. Life isn't a checklist—it's a classroom. And we’re all just students. One of the most powerful lessons this decade gave me is to always remain a learner. Of work, of love, of boundaries, of my own soul. Every experience, even the painful ones, came with a message. And if there's one thing I carry with me into my thirties, it's this: mental health matters, growth takes time, and being gentle with yourself is not weakness—it’s wisdom. So wherever you are in your journey, keep learning, keep feeling, and trust that you're becoming exactly who you’re meant to be.
